As the founder of High Ground Leadership & Consulting Services LLC, I draw on my lived experience as a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, mental health professional, and organizational leader to help teams rise to their highest potential. My work integrates principles from improvement science, behavioral health, and systems leadership to strengthen both human and operational resilience within organizations.
I specialize in guiding leaders through evidence-based assessment, reflective practice, and systemic alignment—helping them cultivate emotionally intelligent, high-performing teams that can adapt and endure under pressure. Through High Ground, I partner with organizations to design environments that prioritize wellness, accountability, and continuous learning, ensuring growth that is both sustainable and mission-driven.

The Full Workup examines leadership structure, team dynamics, communication flow, and organizational wellness through the High Ground Organizational Education Framework (HGOEF). The Mental Health Mission fuses behavioral health science with leadership development to build a sustainable internal wellness system. Through guided assessment and coaching, leaders learn to embed psychological safety, post-stress recovery protocols, and moral resilience frameworks into daily operations. Deliverable: “Resilience Orders” – a custom plan of behavioral health priorities and sustainment tactics.
The Command Climate Check assesses how leadership behavior impacts team morale, mission clarity, and psychological safety. Using interviews, observation, and validated assessment tools, this service provides leaders with direct, actionable feedback to strengthen culture and cohesion. The Operational Debrief facilitates structured learning from high-stress or high-impact events using the After-Action Learning Cycle from the High Ground Loop. It helps teams convert crisis into clarity, identify system vulnerabilities, and codify growth. Deliverable: After-Action Summary and Adaptive Strategy Points.
A field-tested workshop that develops emotional intelligence, stress management, and culture-building competencies. Participants engage in reflective exercises, tactical case studies, and resilience conditioning grounded in Stoicism, ACT, and organizational psychology.
